Zaka Ashraf has reportedly stepped down from his role as the head of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee.

Ashraf had also decided to step down as the member of BoG.

Ashraf joined the PCB’s Board of Governors on July 6, 2023, taking on the position of Management Committee Chairman, succeeding Najam Sethi.

Under Ashraf’s leadership, Pakistan participated in two significant competitions, namely the Asia Cup and the ODI World Cup, but fell short in both tournaments.

Additionally, during his tenure, Pakistan experienced two series losses in the Australian continent as well.
