Series Decider in Bulawayo
The final ODI between Pakistan and Zimbabwe will be played tomorrow in Bulawayo, as the series is locked at 1-1. After a shaky start, where Pakistan suffered an 80-run loss in a rain-affected opening match, they came back strongly to secure a dominant win in the second ODI, setting up an exciting decider.
Pakistan has been forced to make adjustments due to injuries. All-rounder Jahandad Khan and fast bowler Abbas Afridi have joined the team, replacing Shahnawaz Dahani and Ahmed Daniyal, who have been sidelined. Both Jahandad and Afridi are also part of the T20I squad for the upcoming series against Zimbabwe, adding depth to the team.
Aamir Jamal will also be replacing Ahmed Daniyal in Pakistan’s T20I squad. Jamal, who has already featured in both ODIs, has been instrumental with his all-round abilities and will play a crucial role in the decider.
The series finale will once again be played in Bulawayo, where the conditions have offered something for both batters and bowlers.
For Zimbabwe, the series represents a golden opportunity to secure a memorable series victory against a higher-ranked team.
